Disposal and recycling
Device decommissioning
If the device has to be decommissioned
please note the following points for
dismantling and disposal:
- The decommissioning should
onlybeperformedbyqualied
specialist personnel, since certain
activities are required on electrical
components and fuel carrying lines.
- Switcho󰀨themainpowersupply
to the device/ the device part and
secure it against being switched
back on.
- Check that the device / device part
is de-energised.
Disposal of packaging material
The packaging materials used
can be recycled. Please use the
countryspecicrecyclingsystems
forprofessional and appropriate
disposal or leave packaging materials
with your specialist tradesman or
dealer.
Device disposal
The device must be disposed of
separately from general household
waste and sent to a collection point
for separate disposal of electrical and
electronic devices (European Directive
on Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment WEEE 2012/19/EU), or
must be taken back by a dealer when
purchasing a new device of the same
type. The user is responsible for
ensuring that the device is properly
disposed of at the end of its life. For
more information on the disposal
options available, contact your local
authority or the dealer from whom the
device was purchased.
