3 Setting Lower Oven Controls
Using cook duration in lower
oven
Adding a cook duration when baking is beneficial
when a recipe requires a specific temperature and
period of time to cook. Following the recipe cook
duration helps insure the best possible results.
Cook duration may be set with the following
features:
o Bake
° Conv bake
o Conv roast
* Slow cook
o Defrost
° Dehydrate
, Bread proof
° Keep warm
See example below to set the lower oven for bake,
starting immediately with preheating to the auto-
suggest (default) setting of 350°F (176°C) and
then to automatically turn off after 30 minutes:
Step Press
Preheat the oven if necessary
LOWER
1. Press LOWER OVEN OVEN
2, Press BAKE
®
3, Press COOK DURATION dur_lan
NOTE
4. Enter 30 minutes 30
, You may press CANCEL any time when
setting the control or during the cooking ,4_
process. 5. Press START
Once START is pressed the oven wilt cook and
after 30 minutes automatically shut-off.
