5. BEFORE FIRST USE

5.1 Initial cleaning
Before the first use, clean the empty appliance and set the time:

5.2 Initial preheating
Preheat both ovens. Heat up one oven at a time. Set the functions listed below, if applicable.
Step 1 Remove all accessories and removable shelf supports from the oven.
Step 2
Set the function and the temperature to 250°C.
Let the oven operate for 1 h.
Step 3
Set the function and the temperature to 250°C.
Let the oven operate for 15 min.
Step 4
Set the function and the temperature to 250°C.
Let the oven operate for 15 min.
The oven can emit an odour and smoke during preheating. Make sure that the room is ventila‐
ted.

Step 1 Turn the knob for the heating functions and select a heating function.
