AnalternativetobreakinguptheexistingoororfoundationistousechemicalboltsM16.
1.Markanddrillfourholes(⌀18mm)125mmdeepforthechemicalbolts.
Checktheprevioustableforthecorrectpositionoftheholes.
2.Cleanthedrilledholes.
3.Putdownthechemicalampuleinthehole.
4.Rotatetheboltintothehole,sothattheglassampuleisbrokenanditscontentsmixed.
5.Rotatethebolttocorrectdepth.
Note!
Donotrotatetheboltagainsttheconcretebottom.Checkthatthechemicalshavelled
theholecompletely.
6.Removethedrillingmachinewiththemountingtool.Holdtheboltwithonehand.Letthebolt
hardenbeforethemachineismounted.
