moval, transporta on or reinstalla on costs; (f ) ordinary wear and tear, cosme c da mage or damage due to acts of nature, ac cident; (g)
mmercial use of the Product; (h) modi ca on of, or to any part of the Product. In ad di on, this Warranty does not cover images “burnt”
to the screen. This Warranty applies to the original consumer only and does not cover products sold AS IS or WITH ALL FAULTS, or consum-
les (e.g., fus es, ba eries, bulbs etc.), and the Warranty is invalid if the factory-applied serial number has been altered or removed from the
duct. This Warranty is valid only in the United Stat es and Canada, and only app lies to produc ts purchased and serviced in the United States
nd Canada. All replac ed parts and products, and products on wh ich a refund is made, become the property of the Warrantor.
WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR
