• The Ritmo feet (Ref. E) simulate faithfully real-
life riding conditions by following the shifting of
the weight of the athlete. A quick and easy to use
regulator adjusts the shock absorbing tension of
the feet.
- Turning the regulator clockwise coils the spring,
making the mechanism rigid (Fig. 5).
- Turning the selector counter-clockwise un-
coils the spring, making the mechanism soft.
Pay careful attention never to exceed the MIN
level (Fig. 6).
ASSEMBLING THE UNIT
• Illustration 7 shows how to fit the unit (Ref. B) to
the stand (Ref. A) .
CAUTION: THE FLYWHEEL OF THE UNIT IS VERY
HEAVY. EVEN MINOR IMPACTS COULD BEND
THE SHAFT AND MAKE THE ENTIRE SYSTEM
UNUSABLE.
•
Use M6 X 16 (Ref. P) bolts and Ø6xØ14 (Ref. R)
washers to fix the unit as shown in illustration 8.
The pair of ho-
les on the resi-
stance unit plate
allows lateral
adjustment o
f the
resistance unit
(Ref.B).
Before fitting the
unit make sure
that the stand is
perfectly positio-
ned on the floor,
completely ope-
ned, and that the
support plate is
horizontal.
TAKE CARE, AS THE UNIT IS VERY HEAVY
AND COULD CAUSE THE STAND TO CLOSE.
