18. It is forbidden to use this equipment in a dierent way, if it
is not included in the instruction manual. Emerson is not
responsible for damages caused by an improper and/or
dangerous use.
17. The plastic position indicator can cause an ignition due
to electrostatic discharge. Therefore, the plastic position
indicators are only approved for use in certain potentially
explosive (Ex) gas group areas, without additional warning
on the equipment of Electrostatic hazard. Each indicator
is shipped with an �Electrostatic Hazard Warning Sticker”
which must be applied to the equipment according to
below schedule.
