6.1.12.Config Fail % Screen
This screen sets the default percentage at
which the digital outputs on the 168DO will
pulse if communication is lost with the site con-
troller. When the board recognizes it is off-line,
it will immediately switch to its fail-safe per-
centage, and will remain at this rate until the
board returns to on-line status. The 168DO will
use the same pulse period it used before the
board went off-line.
If a digital output is not being commanded
by any applications in the site controller, it will
pulse at the value programmed in its Config Fail
% field regardless of whether or not the board is
on-line or off-line.
