information
You can use the Account area to access your email preferences, change your account information and email address
associated with your Sensi.
For iOS: Tap the person icon in the upper right-hand corner.
For Android: Tap the three dots in the upper right-hand corner.

For problems connecting your Sensi thermostat, call or email the Sensi Technical Support team, and they will be
happy to help you or your contractor walk through any steps needed to troubleshoot the Sensi thermostat.
