What to do if my EMP WP120 24V is running but not pumping fluid?
    • J
      Jim SimmonsJul 26, 2025
If your EMP Water Pump is running but not pumping fluid, you should first check the system fluid level. Also, inspect the tubing for any restrictions, such as kinks. Make sure the pump is primed, and check for a collapsed inlet or outlet hose. Finally, check the pump inlet for any trapped debris that may be obstructing the flow.

How to fix excessive noise from EMP WP120 24V Water Pump?
    • T
      Tammy Vargas DVMAug 6, 2025
If your EMP Water Pump is producing excessive noise, begin by checking for cavitation or low inlet pressure. Inspect the pump inlet for trapped debris. Examine the plumbing around the pump for valves or components where cavitation may be occurring. Also, check for a collapsed inlet hose.

What to do if EMP Water Pump has a seal leak?
    • J
      John MartinezAug 12, 2025
If there's a water pump seal leak in your EMP Water Pump, first verify the coolant level. Also, verify the coolant selection; for water seal life, OAT, phosphate-free, silicate-free coolant is recommended. Sample the coolant and review coolant maintenance records. Verify the system is not aerated. Finally, check for cavitation or low inlet pressure.
