Patient information
After the treatment, the teeth are clean and the dental cuticle is completely eliminated. Its recon-
stitution by salivary proteins requires between 2 to 3 hours. During this time, the teeth are left with no
natural protection against coloration.
Inform the patient that during 2 to 3 hours following treatment, he or she should not smoke, nor
consume food or drinks having a potential coloring effect (like tea, coffee, wine, sodas...).
