Symptom Solutions
No water jet coming from the
handpiece
• Check the water adjustment of your unit
• Check the connections between the unit, the cord and the handpiece
• Check the water supply
• Check for presence of water at the cord outlet port
• Check for presence of water at the system connector outlet without cord
• Send the system to an approved EMS repair center
No powder/air spray coming from the
handpiece
• Check the compressed air supply
• Check for presence of powder/air at cord outlet port without handpiece
• Check for presence of powder/air at the system connector outlet without cord
• Eliminate residual powder present in the channels using cleaning needles or the Easy Clean
• Check the quantity of powder in your unit
• Send the system to an approved EMS repair center
Water leakage between handpiece cord
and handpiece
• Check the condition of the handpiece connecting O-rings
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an approved EMS repair center
The handpiece efciency decreases • Check the quantity of powder in the unit
• Eliminate residual powder present in the channels using cleaning needles or the Easy Clean
• Send the system and the handpiece cord to an approved EMS repair center
