  If no water jet is coming from the handpiece of your EMS Dental equipment when the footpedal is activated: * Ensure the unit is switched on and check all power cable connections and the dental office's power supply. * Check the filter and water adjustment settings on your unit. * Verify the unit's water supply and the office's water supply. * Inspect the connections between the unit, cord, and handpiece. * Check for water presence at the connector cord output (without the handpiece) and at the unit connector cord (without the cord). * If the water channel of the cord is blocked, blow through it with compressed air (max 3 bar). If blockage persists, or if water is present at the cord outlet but not the handpiece, send the affected part to an approved EMS repair center.

  If air or powder is leaking from the threads of the powder chamber cap, check the seal and cleanliness of the threads on both the powder chamber and the cap. Replace the seal if needed. Clean the cap and powder chamber. If the problem continues, change the cap. If all else fails, send the unit to an approved EMS repair center.
