BETREFFENDE VEILIGHEID
EMS en de leverancier van dit product aanvaar-
den geen aansprakelijkheid voor rechtstreeks
letsel, gevolgletsel of schade die het gevolg is
van onjuist gebruik, met name door het zich niet
houden aan de gebruiksinstructies of onjuiste
voorbereiding en onderhoud.
Contra-indicatie: Ultrasone trillingen kunnen
de werking van pacemakers verstoren. Wij advi-
seren daarom om patiënten met een pacemaker
niet met dit product te behandelen.
Gebruik het product uitsluitend waar het
voor bedoeld is: Zorg dat u, vóór gebruik van
het product, de gebruiksinstructies hebt gelezen
en begrijpt. Dit is ook van toepassing op andere
apparatuur of onderdelen die in combinatie met dit
product gebruikt worden. Het niet naleven van de
gebruiksinstructies kan leiden tot ernstig letsel bij
de patiënt of gebruiker, of, mogelijk onherstelbare,
schade aan het product.
 Explosiegevaar:Gebruikditproductnietin
de aanwezigheid van ontvlambare narcosemid-
delen of gassen.
Dit product mag uitsluitend gebruikt worden
dooropgeleideengekwaliceerdemedewerkers.
Controleer het product altijd op bescha-
digingen voordat u met de behandeling begint.
Gebruik geen beschadigde accessoires of een
beschadigde unit, maar vervang deze. Gebruik
uitsluitend originele EMS reserveonderdelen en
accessoires.

EMS and the distributor of this product accept
no liability for direct or consequential injury or
damage resulting from improper use, arising in
particular through non-observance of the oper-
ating instructions, or improper preparation and
maintenance.
Contraindication: ultrasonic oscillations
may prevent cardiac pace makers functioning
properly. Therefore, we recommend that patients
with a cardiac pace maker should not be treated
with this product.
Use for the intended purpose only: Before
using the product, make sure that you have stud-
ied and understood the operating instructions.
This also applies to any equipment used with this
product. Failure to observe the operating instruc-
tions may result in the patient or user suffering
serious injury or the product being damaged,
possibly beyond repair.

gases.
This product must be used only by trained
andqualiedpersonnel.
 Alwaysexaminetheproductfordamage
before starting treatment. Damaged accessories
or a damaged unit must not be used and must
be replaced. Use original EMS spare parts and
accessories only.
