2. Are electrodes in proper position and adhering to the skin? See
Section 11, Instructions for Use and the electrode manufactures
instruction for applying the electrodes.
3. Check lead wires. Be sure all connectors are firmly sealed. See
Section 11, Instructions for Use, Item 3.
4. Replace cord set with another to check for broken wires.
