Proceed as follows to start the generator manually directly from the device:
Conditions electrical safety has been checked (see Chapter 5 ).
the fuel tank is sufficiently full.
oil level is sufficient (fill with engine oil before initial use, see Chapter 9.3.1
and the engine operating and maintenance instructions).
there is an adequate air supply and air removal.
all power consuming equipment is disconnected or switched off.
1. Disconnect all loads from the output side
2. Put the ECOtronic switch into the "OFF" position.
3. Put the air-release valve on the tank cover into the "ON" position.
4. Turn the multifunction switch into the "Choke" position.
5. With one hand hold the generator by the carrying handle and pull on the ca-
ble grip with the other hand until you feel a resistance. Pull on the cable
grip strongly.
The engine will start.
6. Turn the multifunction switch slowly into the “ON" position after the engine
has warmed up.
The engine has started.
NOTICE!
Do not apply load to the generator immediately after a cold start.
Allow the generator engine to warm up for a few minutes before switching on
a load when the generator has not been operating for more than eight hours
(or for very low external temperatures).
