  If your Endurance Elliptical Trainer displays no HR signal or an incorrect one, start by ensuring the pulse plugs are firmly inserted into their sockets. Check that the batteries in the chest strap are correctly installed and replace them if needed. Verify the receiver is properly installed and the chest strap is being worn correctly. If your skin is very dry, moisten the contact points on your chest with water. If issues persist after these steps, further assistance may be needed.

Why does the console of my Endurance E400 have no power?

  If the console of your Endurance Elliptical Trainer isn't powering on, first check that the DC adapter is properly plugged into both the wall outlet and the power socket on the E400. Also, verify that the console cable is securely connected. If these steps don't resolve the issue, the console itself might be faulty.

  If the Strides/Min or Speed display on your Endurance Elliptical Trainer reads 0, it might indicate that the computer isn’t receiving a signal from the sensor. Ensure the sensor magnet is correctly fitted and passes in front of the sensor, maintaining a gap of 3mm or less between them. Also, check that all the computer plugs and sockets are correctly and firmly connected. If the problem persists, the sensor may be faulty and require replacement.
