Align the notch in the faceplate extension
with the bolt (P) welded to the middle of the
air jacket. Adjust the faceplate to the
desired depth. Using a 7/16" (11 mm) open
end wrench, secure the assembly from
under the air jacket extension with a
washer (Q) and a nut (R).
If necessary, adjust the height of the insert
using the leveling bolts on each side of the
convection air jacket until the faceplate is
properly seated on the floor of the hearth
extension.
