the amps's chassis can become very hot, therefore avoid touching the rear panel
surfaceandtheventilationgrilleonthetop!

I suggest you get into the habit of using standby during short breaks. In this mode,
currentisnotpipedthrough thepowertubes, sotheydon'tgetashot(dueto thelack
ofanodedissipation)andaresparedconsiderablewear.Theampisreadytorunwhen
youfliptheStandbyswitchbecausethetubesarealreadywarmanddon'trequiretime
toheatup.Forbreaksof20minutesandlonger,Irecommendthatyouswitchtheamp
offinordertoconserveenergy.
There's another function called that is also controlled via the Standby
switch.Youcanuseittoconvenientlysilencethepowerampwhenswitchingortuning
guitars via a MIDI preset. All you have to do is first program the target MIDI preset by
settingtheStandbyswitchto"0"(PowerAmpoff).Thentheampwillalwaysbemuted
whenyouselectthispreset.TheMuteLED(36)indicatesthisfunction'scurrentstatus.
