Warranty Description
1. Parts will be warranted in strict accordance with the warranty period;
2. Warranty time starts from the date of purchase;
3. Private disassembly of the charger, battery, motor, will not give warranty;
4. For other parts of the whole vehicle, there will be no warranty except for three months due to quality problems;
5. When other accessories of the whole vehicle fail, the maintenance must be carried out in a professional repair point, and must not be disassembled privately.
Controllers, batteries, chargers must ensure that all labelling is complete;
6. When the whole vehicle is repaired, warranty cards, invoices, certificates of conformity and other relevant documents must be presented;
7. Battery warranty to take a one-for-one warranty, in case of battery problems, you need to return the battery to the manufacturer first according to the battery
testing standards to determine whether it belongs to the warranty coverage, and then warranty.
