Step 6: Troubleshooting during commissioning
• Identifying crosstalking microinverters in the array: The Enphase Installer Portal highlights the
microinverters in array view that are communicating with multiple gateways at the site, which
are reporting or have reported at least once in the last 30 minutes during commissioning in
Array Builder.
• FFT scan (PLC Communication scan): The Enphase Installer App provides a way to do the
Powerline communication analysis. This enables the user to troubleshoot and identify
conditions where the Power Line Communications (PLC) is degraded or disrupted by noise in
the frequency band that the PLC uses for communication. The installer can export or share the
report generated.
