The EN1000 is capable of storing and accessing up to 50 unique welding Schedules. This
makes the EN1000 particularly suitable for complex welding operations, as well as
automated machinery. Programming allows the operator to enter or change parameters of
weld SCHEDULES and the subsequent storing of those parameters in non-volatile memory.
Basically, programming only requires selecting the FUNCTION to be programmed (or
modified) and then entering the desired parameters (data).

STEP 1.
Press PROGRAM/OPERATE Switch (26) and release. The PROGRAM LED
(27) will be lit and the OPERATE LED (25) will be off. The control will now
accept new data or existing data can be modified. If an optional PROGRAM
LOCKOUT Key Switch (24) is installed, see PROGRAM/LOCKOUT following
step 6.
STEP 2.
Select the SCHEDULE that you wish to enter or modify by using Push Button
(20) and (21) until the desired SCHEDULE number appears in the SCHEDULE
SELECT display (22). Push Button (21) increments the 10's digit by one unit and
Push Button (20) increments the 1's digit by one. When the maximum number is
reached for either digit, that digit resets to zero.
STEP 3.
Select the FUNCTION to be entered or modified by pressing Push Button (12)
until the desired function is reached. The lighted LEDs (7-11 & 13-18) indicate
which function may be entered or modified and the DATA DISPLAY (4) displays
the data in that selected function. When Push Button (12) is pressed the
FUNCTION indicator will advance to the next function.
NOTE:
When the FUNCTION indicator is advanced one past the VALVE MODE
FUNCTION, all FUNCTION indicator LEDs will be out and the DATA
DISPLAY (4) will display [EF]. The [EF] indicates that the control is in the
EXTENDED FUNCTION mode and EXTENDED FUNCTIONS can now be
altered or viewed. If the FUNCTION indicator is then advanced one more time,
the SQUEEZE FUNCTION LED will light and the DATA DISPLAY (6) will
again show data. See section 7.3 EXTENDED FUNCTIONS.
STEP 4.
Use Push Buttons (5) and (6) to select the desired parameter displayed in the
DATA DISPLAY (4) (as explained in section 3.0 PROGRAMMING
PARAMETERS). Push Button (5) increments the 10's digit by one unit and Push
Button (6) increments the 1's digit by one. When either digit reaches the
maximum, it resets to zero.
