Pressure test all piping for leaks

Install Drain Line & Traps As Required

Insulate all piping as required

Install Condensate Pan under Piping as Required
DUCTWORK CONNECTIONS

 Install Ductwork, Fittings & Grilles As Required

Proper supply & return grille type & size used

 Control Outside Air For Freeze Protection

Insulate all ductwork as required
ELECTRICAL CONNECTIONS

Refer to unit wiring diagram
q
Connect incoming power service or services
q
All eld wiring in code compliance
q
Tighten all wiring connections before applying power.
UNIT STARTUP
q
General visual unit & system inspection
q
Record electrical supply voltage
q
Record ambient temperature
q
Check all wiring for secure connections
q
Close all unit isolation valves
q
Flush water systems
q
Fill systems with water/refrigerant
q
Vent water systems as required
q
All ductwork & grilles in place
q
All unit panels & lters in place
q
Start fans, etc.
q
Check for overload condition of all units
q
Check all ductwork & units for air leaks
q
Balance air systems as required
q
Record all nal settings for future use
q
Check piping & ductwork for vibration
q
Check all dampers for proper operation
q
Verify proper cooling operation
q
Verify proper heating operation
q
Reinstall all covers & access panels
BLOWER/MOTOR
q
Check blower wheel set screw tightness
q
Check blower speed as necessary for balancing airow
