Functional description of the assembly groups
Power supply
Power is supplied via a plug module that is dimensioned according to the voltage version in use:
• 230-V version (fuses integrated in the plug module)
2x 8.0 A fuse (PHASE and EARTH) non-refrigerated version 5804 / 5810
2x 10.0 A fuse (PHASE and EARTH) refrigerated version 5804 R / 5810 R
• 120-V version (thermoelectric fuse integrated in the mains switch)
Please note the following differences with the 120 V versions:
The main switch is installed externally in the housing. The PCB "58xx Control" is connected via
plug "X1".
Assembly group "58XX Control"
The PCB is installed in the front side of the device and screwed to the top and bottom plate.
It contains the following assembly groups:
– power supply unit with VCC monitoring
– central control unit
– rotational speed monitoring
– imbalance monitoring
–converter interface
– drive for the locking mechanism of the lid
Additional components for the refrigerated version:
– mains frequency analysis
– power supply for the refrigeration aggregate, the motor fan and the converter
– temperature monitoring
– condenser fan regulation
