→ Switch off the device and disconnect the mains power plug before opening the
device, performing work on electrical connections or starting maintenance or
cleaning.

→ Do not operate the device in rooms where work is being carried out with explosive
substances.
→ Do not use this device to process explosive or highly-reactive substances.
Warning! Risk of injury from trapping or crushing.
→ When closing the device lid, do not place your fingers between the lid and the
device, otherwise they may be trapped.
Warning! Damage due to incorrect power supply.
→ Only connect the device to power sources which match the details on the device
ID plate.
→ Use only sockets with protective earth.
Caution! Poor safety due to incorrect accessories.
The use of accessories and spare parts other than those recommended by Eppendorf
may impair the safety, function and precision of the device.
