Display Cause Remedy
Error 1 Error in measurement system for
rotational speed.
– No rotor recognized after 10
measurements.
– No starting magnet (SM+L1)
recognized when calculating the
rotational speed.
– Rational speed for the measurement is
not reached, abortion after 12 sec.
The motor or the frequency converter
could be defective.
– The time for one rotation is < 4 ms
(errors).
Device brakes.
–After repair:
False connection of cable U2/V2/W2
from motor to converter.
– Check the rotational system on the
rotor.
– Service program 8.
– Check/replace motor cap incl. speed
sensor, check connections.
– Replace "Control" PCB,
check connections at plug X10.
– Service program 9

– Customer service program 9
– Check connections.
