4 Disassembly / Assembly
Refrigerated versions only!
Do not place the device on its side. After tilting, it is required to rest the device for at least
4 hours in normal position to avoid damage to the compressor.
5804/5804 R and 5810/5810 R Lid
– Remove rotor from rotor chamber.
– Pull clamp from fork head of lid damping to front.
– Hold lid, pull clamp off to the side.
– Keep holding lid, remove 4 Allen screws of both hinges.
– Remove lid.
Mount lid in reverse order.
Disassembling the lid
– Remove 8 Phillips screws from inner side of lid.
– Remove lower part of lid.
5804/5804 R and 5810/5810 R Front cover
– Switch off device.
– Disconnect mains plug.
– Remove 2 plastic caps from front cover.
– Remove 2 Phillips screws from front cover.
– Pull front cover to the front out of the upper clamps.
– Disconnect GND connector.
– Unlock and disconnect plug of display/keypad.
– Pull flat-band cable out of clamp.
– Pull twisted cable out of clamps.
– Remove front cover.
Mount front cover in reverse order.
– Start device.
