4.2.3 Upper Housing Removal
1. Release the Carriage Lock. (See Section 4.2.1.)
2. Remove the Document Cover. (See Section 4.2.2.)
3. Remove the two screws (gold, CBP, M3x8) at the back of the
scanner body.
4. Lifting up the rear end of the Upper Housing, release the two hooks
with pushing the Upper Housing toward the front, and then remove
the Upper Housing.

C A U T I O N
When removing the Upper Housing, make sure two
hooks are released from the Lower Housing.
