Annotation Mode Drawing Toolbar
Mouse – Only available in Annotation Mode. Switches from
drawing operations to mouse operations. Select the mouse again
to return to drawing operations.
Undo – Undoes the previous operation.
Redo – Reverses an undo operation.
Shapes – Offers a selection of shapes as well as options for the
color and line width of the shape (see page 31).
Add Text – For text entry. Select the drawing area to display a
text box (see page 32).
Select – Use to select drawn content or an inserted image in order
to move and manipulate it.
Pen – Allows user to draw and write with digital ink. Click on
the icon to change the color and line width.
Highlighter – Allows user to write and draw with translucent ink.
Click on the icon to change the color and line width.
Black Pen – Changes pen to black digital ink. Click on the small
circle for a fine line and on the large circle for a thick line.
Red Pen – Changes pen to red digital ink. Click on the small
circle for a fine line and on the large circle for a thick line.
Blue Pen – Changes pen to blue digital ink. Click on the small
circle for a fine line and on the large circle for a thick line.
Eraser – Erases annotations. Click on the small circle to eraser
narrow areas and on the large circle to erase wider areas.
Clear Screen – Clears all annotations on the displayed page.
Always Show Toolbars – The Drawing Toolbar will always be
displayed.
Close – Hides the Drawing Toolbar and the Command Bar.
