Setting Options Description
Other Than
HDMI3 (Game)
Speaker/Optical (PCM): Outputs sound
in PCM format (2 ch) to the projector's
speakers and an external audio device
connected to the Optical Out port.
Speaker/Optical (Auto): Outputs sound
in PCM format (2 ch) to the projector's
speakers. Outputs higher quality sound
to an external audio device connected to
the Optical Out port.
ARC/Optical (PCM): Outputs sound in
PCM format (2 ch) to an ARC
compatible external audio device
connected to the HDMI2 (ARC) port
and an external audio device connected
to the Optical Out port.
ARC/Optical (Auto): Outputs higher
quality sound to an ARC compatible
external audio device connected to the
HDMI2 (ARC) port and an external
audio device connected to the Optical
Out port.
Auto supports the following audio
codecs:
PCM (2 ch)
AC-3 (up to 5.1 ch)
DTS (up to 5.1 ch)
If sound is not output correctly, select
PCM.
Audio format that is output from the
projector's HDMI2 (ARC) port varies
depending on the input source.
When the input source is HDMI,
audio is output up to 5.1 ch (AC-3 or
DTS).
When playing Android TV contents,
audio is output in 2 ch (PCM).
Setting Options Description
HDMI3 (Game) Speaker (PCM): Outputs sound in PCM
format (2 ch) to the projector's speakers.
Optical (PCM): Outputs sound in PCM
format (2 ch) to an external audio device
connected to the Optical Out port.
Optical (Digital Audio): Outputs higher
quality sound to an external audio device
connected to the Optical Out port.
Digital Audio supports the following
audio codecs:
PCM (2 ch)
AC-3 (up to 5.1 ch)
DTS (up to 5.1 ch)
If sound is not output correctly, select
PCM.
Audio Output
Latency
Varying levels
available
Adjusts the audio latency. If the audio is
fast, select a higher value.
This item is only available for the
following types of audio.
audio output from the projector's
speaker
audio output from the HDMI2 (ARC)
port
audio output from the Optical Out
port
When the input source is set to HDMI3
(Game), this setting is not available.
