4. Lower the scanner unit.
5. Remove all the paper from the product.
6. Close the output tray and paper support, if necessary.
7. Unplug the power cable.
8. Disconnect any connected cables.
9. Unhook the ink tank unit from the product and lay it down.
Note: Do not pull on the ink tubes.
