Icons Description
Access to the product's functions are restricted to authorized users. Select the icon to log
in using a user name and password. Contact your administrator if you do not know the
login information.

Changing LCD Screen Language
You can change the language used on the LCD screen.
1. Press the home button, if necessary.
2. Select Settings > General Settings > Basic Settings > Language.
You see a screen like this:

Before faxing, select the current date, time, and daylight saving phase in your area, and choose your
preferred date and time format.
