4.1 Mounng
• Posion the external temperature sensor at the
desired measuring locaon of x it using a cable e.
The temperature sensor should not be used for
permanent operaon in liquids.
• Plug in the device with the mains plug into a 230
V socket with earthing contact and connect the
load (16 A/3,680 W max.) into the socket (F) of the
universal thermostat.
• Aer a short self-test the device switches into
automac mode and the currently measured
temperature of the sensor is shown in the display.
Please note, that only the display light is switched on if
you operate a buon for the rst me. The device reacts
aer the next buon press (aer the display light has been
switched on). The display light will be switched o if the
device has not been operated for several seconds.
Aer the device has been plugged into a socket, it is ready
for operaon.
