The BusinessPhone Communication Platform allows you to handle
calls in many different ways. You can switch between handset and
monitoring, mute the microphone, make an inquiry, transfer the
call, establish a conference or put the call on hold to perform other
tasks.
Group Listening
(Dialog 4422 v. 1 phone only).
You have an ongoing conversation via the handset.
Note: You can adjust the volume, see section “Handset
and Loudspeaker Volume” on page 87.
 Press to switch the loudspeaker on or off.
When the lamp lights, the loudspeaker monitors the call.
