Services menu, you can easily return to the WAP page that you visited when
you left the browser. You might, however, not enter the WAP page exactly
where you left it.

Before you start using the WAP browser, it is important that you make sure the
WAP profile settings in your phone are correctly set. For each WAP profile,
you need to fill in your user ID, gateway address and access type, among other
things.
There are three ways in which WAP profile settings can be entered into your
phone:
• When you buy the phone together with a WAP subscription. In this
case the network operator has already entered the settings you need.
• Over the air via an SMS. In this case your network operator sends you an
SMS which contains all the necessary WAP settings for a WAP profile.
When this happens, you will be asked if you want to install the settings,
and to select in which WAP profile you want to enter the received settings.
Note! Before you accept to install the new settings, it is very important
that you are sure who the sender of the settings is. If you are unsure,
answer
NO to the question and call your network operator. If it was they
who sent the WAP settings, ask them to send the SMS again.
• Manually by yourself. In this case your network operator, the company
you work for, your bank, etc. provide you with the correct WAP settings.
You then enter the settings yourself manually into the WAP profile you
wish to use.
All the WAP settings in your phone are connected to WAP profiles. Each time
you enter a WAP setting, you therefore need to specify in which WAP profile
you want to enter the setting. See “Using WAP Profiles to Simplify your
Browsing” on page 95.
Note! Please contact your network operator before you start changing the
settings manually. This way you can be sure the entered settings are correct.
