You can use the phone’s built-in modem and a computer to send or receive
e-mail.
To send an e-mail
1. In the Dial-Up Networking service on your computer, choose the Ericsson
R320asthemodemyouwishtouse.
2. Place your mobile phone next to your computer and make sure it is
connected properly, i.e. within 1 metre and 30 degrees of the other infrared
eye.
3. Start your e-mail program and write a message.
4. Send your e-mail message.
Receiving an e-mail
1. In the Dial-Up Networking service on your computer, choose the Ericsson
R320asthemodemyouwishtouse.
2. Place your mobile phone next to your computer and make sure it is
connected properly.
3. Start your e-mail program and open your inbox to read your new e-mail
messages.
