You use WAP bookmarks in your mobile phone just as you do in an ordinary
Internet browser. They provide you with a way back to a certain WAP page
that is important to you or that you expect to visit often. You can store a
maximum of 25 bookmarks.
The Importance of WAP Profiles When Accessing Bookmarks
When you bookmark a WAP page, that bookmark might get tied to the
network settings in the WAP profile you are using just then. This means that a
saved bookmark might not work with all your WAP profiles.
For instance, you browse your corporate intranet and bookmark a page there.
The next time you enter the browser, you switch to the WAP profile that is tied
to your network operator. In this case you might not reach the intranet
bookmark, because the settings in the network operator’s WAP profile are
different from the setting in the intranet WAP profile.
