12-1 Replacement of head cover, control board, EEPROM board and
body cover
・Removal of head cover
・ Removal of control board
・Removal of body cover
1) Remove the fixation screws
(2 each for right and left).
2) Pull up the head cover and
remove it. (Condition ①)
From condition ①:
6) Unscrew 4 fixation screws,
and then remove the body
cover. (Condition ②)
＊ For assembling, follow the reverse procedures.
From the condition ①:
3) Remove 14 connected harnesses to
the control board.
4) Unscrew 4 fixation screws (red circle),
and then replace the control board.
5) Unscrew 2 fixation screws (yellow
circle), and then remove the
EEPROM board.
