13 Rewriting Procedures of the software of AKR550
Introduction
Do not conduct re-writing if it is not necessary because it might be incompatible with adjusting data
and hardware depending on version of the program.
Make sure to print adjusting data out before conducting re-writing.
To be ready
・RS-232C cable (9pin-9pin straight cable)
・Re-writing program (ComUpdate.exe Ver 1.0.0.4)
・Program file
*CAUTION: AKR550 cannot use other Version ComUpdate
Preparation
・Connect Auto-ref and PC with RS-232C cable.
・Copy ComUpdate.exe on PC.
Re-writing
Set-up of re-writing program
Start ComUpdate.exe which has been copied on PC. The screen of figure. 1 will appear, so set
each item.
1) Select a communication port which auto-ref is connected to.
2) Select AKR550 for communication product.
3) Select 115200bps for communication speed.
4) Select On for Hyper.
