  If your ETQ Portable Generator won't start, several factors could be the cause. First, ensure the engine switch is in the "on" position and the fuel valve is set to "open". Check that the choke is closed. Make sure that the generator has enough gas, and that the gas is not old or contaminated. Also, inspect the spark plug to ensure it is clean and not broken. Verify that the generator is on a level surface and that the oil level is sufficient. If the oil is low, add or replace it.
