      If your salon experiences frequent, short power outages and clients are losing session time, and you have a T-Max® Manager, you can change parameter 23 from “0” to “1”. This will enable the ETS Personal Care Products tanning bed to remember the remaining time and resume the session after power is restored. For instructions on setting parameters, consult your T-Max® Manager manual.

      If the timer display shows a tanning time after pressing the timer button, but the lamps on your ETS Personal Care Products tanning bed do not turn on, check the following: * Ensure the bypass plug is correctly installed; refer to the Electrical Connections section. * Verify that you are using a SunStar® bypass plug; if not, consult the Electrical Connections section. * If using a remote system other than T-Max® Manager, ensure the external timer is activated. * Confirm that the remote wiring is correct by reviewing the instructions provided with the remote interface kit.

      If your ETS Personal Care Products bed is connected to the T- Max® Manager remote system, and the timer display starts counting down after the delay time but the bed lights do not come on, the auto start feature of the remote system may be disabled. Please refer to the instructions provided with your remote system to enable it.

      If your ETS Personal Care Products bed won’t work with the T- Max® Manager remote system: 1. Ensure the sunbed is set to a unique address. Refer to the Remote Connections section for instructions. 2. Verify that the bypass or terminator plug is correctly installed. The bypass plug should only be plugged into the bed at the end of the series.

      If you are using a T-Max® 1A with your ETS Personal Care Products sunbed and it's not functioning properly, SunStar® Bypass plugs or terminator plugs may be needed if the T-Max® 1A and the sunbed are over 100 feet apart. Install the plugs in the open remote port in the sunbed and the T- Max® 1A.
