What to do if my ETS SunStar 332 salon suffers frequent, short power outages?
    • C
      carloswilliamsAug 3, 2025
If your salon experiences frequent, short power outages and clients are losing session time, and you have a T-Max® Manager, you can change parameter 23 from “0” to “1”. This will allow the ETS Personal Care Products tanning bed to remember the remaining time when the power goes out and resume the session after power is restored. Please consult your T-Max® Manager manual for information on setting parameters.

What to do if my ETS SunStar 332 bed displays '0' but not 'dL'?

      Kayla NelsonAug 9, 2025
If your ETS Personal Care Products bed, connected to a T-Max® Manager, displays “0” a tanning time and the lamps have come on, but did not display “dL”, it may be due to several reasons: 1. The remote device has not been set. 2. The sunbed has not been connected to the remote system. 3. The delay time of the T-Max® Manager has not been set. 4. The delay time has expired and the session has begun or the auto-start function of the T-Max® Manager has been turned off. To resolve this, press the timer button to turn on the lamps.

Why won't my ETS SunStar 332 sunbed function properly with a T-Max® 1A?

      Sarah NewmanAug 18, 2025
If you are using a T-Max® 1A with your ETS Personal Care Products sunbed and it's not functioning correctly, SunStar® Bypass plugs or terminator plugs may be needed if the T-Max® 1A and the sunbed are over 100 feet apart. Install the plugs in the open remote port in the sunbed and the T- Max® 1A.
