Why does the ETS Personal Care Products timer display continue to show a 0 after pressing the timer button?
    • M
      Megan AllenSep 8, 2025
If your ETS timer display continues to show '0' after pressing the timer button, it could mean that the T-Max® Manager remote system hasn't been set up yet. Alternatively, the sunbed address might not be set correctly.

How can I prevent clients from losing session time on my ETS Personal Care Products due to frequent power outages?
    • J
      Jonathan BlackSep 23, 2025
If your salon experiences frequent, short power outages, and you have a T-Max® Manager, changing parameter 23 from “0” to “1” will allow the ETS tanning bed to remember how much time was left when power goes out and resume its session after power is restored. Consult your T-Max® Manager manual for information on setting parameters.

      Whitney MaddenSep 18, 2025
If your ETS sunbed isn't functioning properly with a T-Max® 1A, SunStar® Bypass plugs or terminator plugs may be needed if the T-Max® 1A and the sunbed are over 100 feet apart. Install the plugs in the open remote port in the sunbed and the T-Max® 1A.

      Caroline OlsonSep 7, 2025
If your ETS sunbed isn't working with the T-Max® Manager remote system, first ensure that the sunbed is set to a unique address. Also, check the location of the bypass or terminator plug; the bypass plug should only be plugged into the bed at the end of the series.
