Why is the 'add water' indicator on my Euhomy IM-02P?
    • L
      lwhiteAug 14, 2025
The 'add water' indicator turns on due to several reasons: * There is no water supply. Check the main water supply pressure and the water supply hose for blockages. Increase water pressure or clean the hose as needed. * The floating ball of the water level detecting switch is blocked. Clean the water tank and the water level detecting switch. * Water flows out from the water tank. Ensure the unit is on a level surface. * Water flows out from the water drainpipe. Pull out the pipe and reinstall it properly into the slot of the water tank.

Why is my Euhomy IM-02P Ice Maker not producing ice, even though the cycle seems normal?
    • C
      Crystal JohnsonAug 17, 2025
If the ice making cycle is normal, but no ice is produced, the ambient temperature or the water temperature in the tank might be too high. Move the unit to a place where the temperature is below 90°F (32°C) and use low-temperature water. Other potential causes include refrigerant leakage or a clogged cooling system tube, both of which require a qualified technician to address.

What to do if my Euhomy IM-02P starts making ice but no water flows in and the 'add water' indicator flashes?
    • C
      Carolyn SpencerAug 25, 2025
If the unit starts to enter the ice making process, but no water flows in the unit, and the 'add water' indicator flashes, it indicates a water supply issue. Check the main water supply pressure and ensure the water supply hose isn't blocked. Increase the water pressure or clean the hose if necessary.

What to do if my Euhomy IM-02P Ice Maker's water pump is working, but no water flows out from the water dividing pipe?
    • C
      chasewongAug 27, 2025
If the water pump is working, but no water flows out from the water dividing pipe, it's likely that the small holes on the water dividing pipe are blocked. Clean these holes to restore water flow.

Why Euhomy IM-02P ice cube shape is irregular?
    • D
      Darren SanfordAug 31, 2025
The ice cube shape may be irregular if the water quality is not good, or the water tank is very dirty, or the little holes on the water dividing pipe is some blocked. Water supplying hose breakdown, or water flows in very slowly. The little holes on the water dividing pipe is blocked.

    • M
      morrisonsabrinaSep 3, 2025

Why is my Euhomy Ice Maker making very thin ice cubes?
    • J
      johnnypattonSep 6, 2025
Very thin ice cubes can result from a high ambient temperature or poor air circulation around the unit. Water quality is bad.

Why are the ice cubes from my Euhomy IM-02P Ice Maker too thick?
    • M
      Marisa PowellSep 10, 2025
