Why is the 'add water' indicator on my Euhomy Ice Maker?

  The 'add water' indicator turns on due to several reasons: * There is no water supply. Check the main water supply pressure and the water supply hose for blockages. Increase water pressure or clean the hose as needed. * The floating ball of the water level detecting switch is blocked. Clean the water tank and the water level detecting switch. * Water flows out from the water tank. Ensure the unit is on a level surface. * Water flows out from the water drainpipe. Pull out the pipe and reinstall it properly into the slot of the water tank.

Why is my Euhomy Ice Maker not producing ice, even though the cycle seems normal?

  If the ice making cycle is normal, but no ice is produced, the ambient temperature or the water temperature in the tank might be too high. Move the unit to a place where the temperature is below 90°F (32°C) and use low-temperature water. Other potential causes include refrigerant leakage or a clogged cooling system tube, both of which require a qualified technician to address.
