  If the indicator light is on for your Euhomy Ice Maker, it could be due to several reasons: lack of water, a blocked water screen, pump malfunction, foreign objects blocking the float in the water reservoir, or a full ice basket. To address this, first, stop the ice-making process and refill the water. Then, press the “ON/OFF” key to restart. You can also remove and clean the water screen at the bottom of the water reservoir. Check for any foreign objects and remove them. If it is a pump malfunction, send the appliance to an authorized service department for repair. If the ice basket is full, remove the ice and restart the ice-making cycle.

  If the lights on your Euhomy Ice Maker are flashing steadily, it means the ice-making assembly is defrosting. This is a normal process, and the appliance will return to normal operation automatically in about 30-45 minutes. Alternatively, you can hold the "Clean" key for 3 seconds, and then press the "ON /OFF" key again to restart the appliance after the cleaning procedure is finished.
