Why won't my Even Embers GAS3400AS burner light?

  Several factors can prevent your Even Embers grill burner from lighting. It could be due to a closed LP gas tank valve; ensure the regulator is securely attached and the valve is open. The LP gas tank might be low or empty, so check and replace if needed. A gas leak could also be the issue; close the valve, wait five minutes, and perform a leak test. Other potential causes include a disconnected coupling nut and regulator, obstruction of gas flow (clean the burner assembly and check for hose kinks), improperly seated burner (reseat it), spider webs or insect nests in the venturi (clean them), clogged burner ports (clean them), a dead battery (replace it), cooking residue on wires or the electrode (clean with rubbing alcohol), or wet electrodes and burners (wipe them dry).

What to do if my Even Embers Grill does not get hot enough?

  If your Even Embers grill isn't getting hot enough, the LP gas tank may be empty, so replace or refill it. Alternatively, the flow-limiting device might have been activated. Try a mini-reset by turning the control knobs and LP gas tank valve to 'OFF,' waiting one minute, and then relighting the grill. If the flames are still too low, perform a full reset: turn off the control knobs and LP gas tank valve, disconnect the regulator from the propane tank, inspect the LP cylinder rubber seal, wait one minute, reconnect the regulator, perform a leak test, and then light the grill.
