6. Position tube-base assembly over upper legs, as shown.
Align and start each lower leg opening

onto the upper legs

and guide lower leg onto upper leg until
upper leg clicks into place.
Repeat for other tube-base assembly.
7. Insert ends of tube rings into openings on base feet.
Note: Slide tab

to reveal opening on base foot. Insert
end of tube ring

into opening until you hear an audible
click, then release tab.
Repeat for other tube.
3. Press assembled seat ring

down firmly onto the top of the tray

until it snaps into place and spins freely.
2. Turn seat ring

right side up. Align triangle

on the back of the seat ring with the triangle

the seat pad label. Snap the plastic tabs

on the
pad over the pegs

on the seat ring. Continue this
process until all tabs are attached to all pegs.
1. Place seat ring

upside down and locate the wheel
holders

. Snap six (6) seat wheels

holders, as shown.
