Pre-Installation
BEFORE FIRST USE
Carefully examine the pump and all parts to ensure no parts are damaged. If any part of the pump appears to be damaged, do not use this
pump and contact the Customer Service Team at 1-844-883-1872.
Avoid impact to the pump or motor. In particular, avoid impact to the discharge end of the pump or rear motor access cover.
INTENDED USE
Submersible fountain pumps are corrosion-resistant and can be used for several decorative water feature applications such as water
fountains, water gardens, and ponds. The pump features a brass impeller and brass volute. The mechanical shaft seal is comprised of
carbon, ceramic, stainless steel components, and Buna-N seals. The motor has thermal protection; it automatically shuts off with a sudden
rise in temperature and restarts after cooling down. The maximum temperature of liquid pumped is 145°F.
When installed in a horizontal position, the special suction chamber keeps the motor 2/3 submerged to eliminate the need for a pump pit.
The discharge rotates in 90˚ increments.
