  If your Everbilt Water Pump isn't delivering water to its full capacity, it could be due to several reasons. If the water level in the well is lower than estimated, a deep well jet may be needed if the depth to water exceeds 25 ft. Corroded or limed steel piping can cause excess friction; replace it with plastic pipe where possible, or with new steel pipe. Insufficient piping size can also restrict water flow, so use larger piping. Finally, the pump might not be receiving enough water, in which case you should add additional well points.

  If your Everbilt Water Pump is leaking around the clamp, the clamp may be loose. Stop the pump and tighten the clamp nut by 1-2 turns. Alternately tighten and tap on the clamp with a mallet to seat the O-ring, being careful not to overtighten.
